Delete your account

The fastest way is inside the app, and it takes two taps. This page exists for people who have already uninstalled Yestara, or who would rather not install it again to delete something.
In the app
- Open Yestara and go to the You tab.
- Tap Delete account, below your email address.
- Read what will be removed, then tap Delete account to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and the app returns to how it was the day you installed it.
If you no longer have the app
Send an email to mallikarjuntrmalli@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Yestara account, from the email address you used to sign in.
Sending it from that address is what lets us confirm the account is yours — we will not delete an account on the word of a different address. We will action it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted

Nothing is kept back. There is no archived copy, no "deactivated" state, and no way for us to restore an account once it is gone. If you delete by email rather than in the app, anything stored on your phone stays on your phone until you uninstall Yestara.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, Google or Samsung and only they can cancel one — cancel it in your store account settings before deleting, or you may continue to be charged.
